**ONLINE ORDERS TAKE 1-2 WEEKS TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING
This timeframe is based on standard business days. It may change during holidays and back to school season. As those are our busiest times
If an item will take longer you will be notified by email.
You can track your purchasers through the My Orders page or by requesting updates at checkout.
We ship all domestic orders through United States Postal Service.
For international orders we ship through Fedex.
All orders are charged a flat rate of $11 (€9.62) for shipping.
Orders over $100.00 ship free (Domestic only)
When an order has been shipped, you will receive a email notifying you of your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
** Items returned to us due to incorrect address/error will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-ship the items. **
* Monogrammed/Personalized items CANNOT be returned!*
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason (defects, incorrect, damaged, missing), please contact us with in 7 business day of receiving your item.
Any refunds received will not include the cost of shipping.
